Monmouth County Fire Station 13-1
Equipment

VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM:

The Monmouth County Sheriff's Department - Communications Division has created a unique vehicle identifying system that Fair Haven utilizes. All emergency services units within the County, have been assigned a specific vehicle identifier that allows one to know the town/agency that operates the unit and what type of specialized emergency service the vehicle is designed to perform. The vehicle numbers will consists of 4 to 5 digits: a 2-digit prefix indicating the Town/Agency; 1-digit indicating the Station number (only if more than one station in town); and a 2-digit suffix indicating the vehicle type. As an example, the prefix "13" is the Monmouth County radio identification number assigned to the Borough of Fair Haven and since fire engines have unit identification numbers that range from "72" to "84", our fire engine is designated unit number "1372". Here is the complete fire
